I just would like to express my gratitude to all the loyal customers who have helped us along in this painful process. I think Gary is going in with a real customer loyalty factor.

We owe our seniors a great deal of gratitude. They have done a great job for us and I hope that people turn out to acknowledge the careers they have had.

What would happen if we developed a pill that would let us live to 120?

This was a challenging project for us but we believed in the creative and wanted to be a part of it, ... It was great experience and we all got into the creative process. In the end it became very collaborative. You don't get a lot of opportunities in this business to do something that's expansive and allows you to flex a lot of creative muscles at once but this was one of those projects.

This bull has shown us for more than seven years that when it pulls back it bends a little but doesn't break. You get a small price discount and buyers come right back in. And that's the sign of a bull market that has plenty of life left in it.

I don't know how I would feel if they hadn't come to Ithaca. I would probably feel differently. But all things have their time.
