I just wish more people could have this experience of helping someone who really needs the help so much. It's so rewarding, I would do it over in a heartbeat.

I know we've done a lot to help the people out there and give them some hope, but honestly, I think I've benefited more than them. It's really been life changing.

There needs to be an adequate amount of exercise to help alleviate the amounts of stress. The American Heart Association recommends there be at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise done each day.

With the help of other people, I give them their basic needs - toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap so they can wash their hands.

These people were really in dire need of help, and we did our best to accommodate their needs, ... If we feel we can make a positive impact, that's where we want to be. ... And we did good.

For people with special needs, we not only polish their skills to help them be a productive individual but also support employing them or finding them jobs. We have an agreement now with the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry to establish an office there to receive applications by people with special needs and to make a database for the kinds of training and employment opportunities available for them to match them with.
