Everybody had pieces of information, but nobody had all the information. We have to do a better job of communicating.

If we become aware of any instance in which the information on the tapes may have been accessed or misused, ... we will alert anyone impacted immediately of additional steps that can and should be taken.

Can you blame them? We have to filter so much information these days. But it does make it difficult for an artist. I'm 46 years old now. I've had a lot of life experience and my voice has changed. People who expect the same old me are bound to be disappointed.
