I just forgot about it. I knew I'd be getting some run support. All I had to do was settle down and get warmed up a little bit.

I started out rough but then the defense made plays behind me. I was feeling more comfortable by the end of the game. There were just great plays by everybody. It was great to see the guys make all the routine plays.

You really don't have to worry about much with the guys hitting the way they have been lately. You just have to go out and try to limit what you give up, because you know we're going to score runs.

I got my doubts about things. But I still support the president.

I very likely would not be in this position had I not been working with her and had her support. Same thing with my family. They were all able to enjoy this whole experience with me.
