I just felt really good and I just pushed it, and it turned out really well.

When he gets up there they go this old guy's gonna pitch to me, ha ha, they kind of make fun of him a little bit until they find out how he pitches. Earl and I would be sitting in the bleachers next year watching them play, ha ha.

There are a lot of accomplishments and victories you can make along the way of a race as long as this. And if we can reach some of those, we'll be fine.

It was basically just friends asking me to come out and try it and I thought 'why not?' ... And now, this is like a family to me.

The county wants to keep it as rural as possible. There's no way the rural tier could support all that growth. There's not enough infrastructure and there's not even public water or sewer in most of the area.

It's going to be exciting to go off and into the real world, ... I'm pretty excited about it.
