I have two children who are currently very rooted in their community.

I'm just really excited to be working with people who work together for the betterment of a community. It's something I believe in, and it's where my heart is.

I was just walking through the door from the grocery store. I had felt really good about the interview, but you're always surprised when things go the way you want them to in life.

And the sides are soft, so it's very easy for children ages 2 and 3 who can't swim to lean and flip over it and drown.

Their children are finally having their voice. They feel they have to speak for an entire community that doesn't have a voice. And that's what I found so beautiful.

The bottom line with me is what is best for those children and what is best for that community.
