Retaining and attracting industrial and manufacturing businesses that provide jobs and in turn stimulate the local economy are key to the health of our communities, the county and our citizens.

It's clear that the people are in desperate need, ... They have no food, no water, no power, no phone service. They're in danger of losing their lives trapped in their attics.
