And No. 2, when there is a buyout, that district must disclose the reason and not keep it confidential, which is what happened here.

There's no reason that the cruise stuff can't get back up and running, ... demand (from cruise lines) could change with the fact that the city can't accommodate tourists.

When we get government off the backs of our job creators, small businesses have a better chance of thriving. And when small businesses thrive, so does our economy.

It's a statewide battle. When businesses started to hire back, we see a corresponding increase in the labor force. It makes it hard to bring down the unemployment rate.

That's really not too bad considering what they've gone through.
