I have kids constantly coming up to me on a daily basis telling me they have my picture on their wall.

I hope somebody who cares does something. This is an asset to the city.

It's all mixed in, and that's the beauty of it. They're very functional buildings. We're planning to basically recycle those buildings into productive uses.

It seems to me the demand is improving. To land the deal, I think you still have to get really aggressive in the pricing. We've lost a couple of deals because we didn't drop the rent.

So all the businesses can lock into stable energy prices. It's going to be a real desirable place to locate their business.
