Our customers are excited about this line and enjoy trying them when they come into our stores. They seem able to envision Outback's hanging chairs out in their backyards by their pools or in their screened porches overlooking their pools.

We're the only towing museum in the world. We get visitors from all over - South Africa, Germany, especially Japan.

After denial they go through anger. They take on a 'poor-me' attitude, as if everybody owes them something.

If you can't be humble at least be professional.
