I have been very impressed with their staff. They are very professional.

I think it's a good idea. Anytime you get more than two people together to talk about any issue, you stimulate the minds and it brings forth ideas that otherwise would not have been thought of.

[The offer] hasn't touched any of our issues with benefits and working conditions. The only improvement in benefits has been a $50 bi-annual increase in eyeglasses. That is far short of what our members expect.

It will resurface at some point. [But] I have been hearing very good things about how the surf zones have been run this summer.

This is extremely important. Quite frankly, we cannot get this done in time without outside help.

We do have skilled people and they deserve an appropriate wage that reflects their skill level.
