I have been through this before. There is always going to be something
bubbling around the place. We can't get worried about it or get involved in
it.

I have just arrived. But yes, I would like to do something (before the series begins on October 25). If we can get together for 2-3 days before the first game begins, it will be good.

In both the finals in Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe we got into positions from where we should have won but we didn't. But if we keep getting into those positions we will win some.

We must be careful of not overdoing it. We must make sure we get the best out of him, not just for now but for the next two-three years.
