I have absolutely no regrets coming to West Point. The military, I think, is a good fit for me. I am very much looking forward to getting out into the Army and putting what I learned to good use.

Basically, the battalion commander of any unit is responsible for anything that unit does or fails to do.

It was nice to get the responsibility of being a full-time starter.

I do remember that day. Honestly, that is the greatest compliment I ever received and could ever receive. I know I am not the best player. ... Working hard in practice and getting the little things done, that is what I am trying to do. It was an honor that coach recognized that and brought that to the attention of the team.

But they never mentioned it. Really, the bottom line is in my four years as an NCAA member, the lack of communication is mind-boggling.

It has been abundantly not clear.
