I have absolutely no problem charging a fee for those we're picking up who we're not obligated by state guidelines to pick up.

The problem was the CIA and FBI not communicating and not picking them up.

For the 9/11 commission to say that this did not exist is just absolutely outrageous. It's a total denial of the facts.

I like the idea of the two- and three-mile limit, and if it means an increase in traffic (around the schools), so be it. I think $50 a semester is a cost that is manageable.
