I had never been [beyond] Colorado or Utah. It was only my second time on an airplane by myself. I was both excited and nervous.

We're not to the point that we're depriving ourselves. What we do is spend money on what really matters to us.

Lots of soap operas, ... Both English and Irish. It sounds cheesy but we also ate a lot of potatoes while I was staying with them. We had stews and breads too.
