I guess I would respond by saying that in June, the United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the uploading and downloading of songs, in violation of copyright, is illegal. And, I think, against that backdrop, it's quite straightforward.

This is the United States Congress stepping in and saying these victims cannot get any kind of relief, even though their claims have already been recognized to be valid.

The patent is related to making and selling things in the United States. But if you one master CD in the U.S. and the rest overseas, the master CD is very significant. The court can consider the effect of related activities outside the country. If as a result, the infringing company profited, it's settled law that you can get damages caused by that infringement.

There [are] absolutely no plans to file for bankruptcy. This is a $4 billion enterprise in the United States and it will remain in business serving clients despite defections.

Let me say optimistically that we should have a deal with the United States quite soon, as well.
