I grew up in a modest neighborhood just outside of Los Angeles. It was an industrial community of blue-collar, working people... some of the hardest-working people I've ever met.

To those people whose main goal or mission it is to come to Los Angeles and engage in criminal activity, to engage in decadent behavior, our message is to them: It is not going to be tolerated.

We understand why people want to associate with Los Angeles. It's such a great place. But they're not here. They're in Orange County. It's not truth in advertising.
