I fully support what the governor is trying to do,

all of which would increase substantially flood protection for Sacramento.

I'd like to see it, ... There's an interest in doing it. If it's not done this year, it would be next year.

To suggest that toxic sludge is good for fish because it prevents them from being caught by man is like suggesting that we club baby seals to death to prevent them from being eaten by sharks.

It's off the beaten path. It cannot support mass tourism and I don't think they're trying to attract mass tourism. They want a limited, controlled amount of tourism that won't destroy the character of the place.
