I first hurt it in high school, but it wasn't bothering me until the UNC game [Nov. 26].

I'll admit I was having a little trouble in the classroom before. I wasn't failing or anything, but my coaches could see I wasn't living up to my potential. I was just going through the motions, just getting by, just staying eligible.

I'm just so anxious to get back. I want to help these guys get the job done. Being away like this made me know how much I really love those guys, love Virginia Tech. I can't even explain how much I missed it.

Every opportunity I get, I try to make the most out of it. I'm looking forward to my future here at Tech. I see only good things happening in the future and I can't wait until they come.
