I find that once you start helping others, it makes you feel better about yourself. It helps you figure out what you want to do with your own life.

There are so many kids out there that need to be adopted and need good homes. I definitely want to have my own but I also want to adopt for sure. I think it's very important to find these kids homes.

Unfortunately, if you don't want to be in the spotlight, get out of it.

I definitely didn't want to be that person that came out and was like, 'O.K. I'm going to lead every parade.'

When you're tan, you feel better about yourself.

Smiling makes you and others feel better, and it makes you look younger.
