This was not a police courtesy that was done with a wink and a nod ... because of some sort of brotherhood. We discovered a hole in the system. Hopefully, that hole will be addressed.

The police will show these gangs no leniency, even though some are under the protection of local governments, who expect the stealing would boost the slack local economy.

Violence could occur, which is why we have asked for extra protection from the police. We don't want to let our investors down.
