I feel like I am getting hit from both sides. I oppose bringing this up just after the impact fees.

More people show up for the (general election) than do the primary. Nobody can give a good enough reason (to have it at the primary) other than you're trying to get it passed.

It's a definite economic boost for the state, especially in the post-Christmas season. It's good exposure for the state. It's advertising which is basically free.

We want to offer developers a carrot rather than beat them with a stick.

We're not against vacationers, but those of us who live here would like to have housing to continue to grow as a community.

The economic activity is not isolated to just Park City. It looks like they're spreading around more, and the spending is spreading.
