I exercise regularly on the Stairmaster,

It's socialization and it's basketball, but it's even more than that — it's also exercise a couple times a week that they really need.

I think it certainly is important to get young people outside more, not only for exercise, but to learn more about natural areas. It relates very well to (the trust's) mission to protect Danbury's natural areas for good quality of life.

Exercise is just part of my life.

All I have are the people.

Leaders should be collaborative, modest, and generous.
