I don't think there's a program or any type of investment situation...the military would not be involved in anything like that at all.

They're very happy to hear from her -- jubilant, joyful.

The benefit to us would be access from the East Side of town and for soldiers and their families who will be living on Biggs and contractors and families and others that will be living there.

There were no surprises for us. But we're still waiting for the other two steps, which will be the president and Congress.

I think they've been encouraged by this. I know they're not giving up hope and that they'll keep hoping that their loved ones will be coming back as well.

It is quite likely that China is going to be an economic and military superpower, and sooner rather than later. We're going to have to consider what it means to be sharing power ... particularly with a country that sees the world and international relations in a very different way.
