I don't think the subdivision of this block of land will bring much detriment when you consider the development that has gone on around it.

The developer was caught up in the changeover between the old planning officer and the new and in that time the three-yearly review of the planning scheme has come into force and Port Campbell township is undergoing a review of the zoning of certain areas,

They really have to prove themselves. Then their involvement in treatment will be held to a high bar.

We?re still waiting for the land to be turned over and I?m not sure how quickly that will happen. Other than that, we?re ready to go forward. We have a list of funding sources that we will be applying to, and we have the plans all drawn up.

We will go ahead with the varsity project as soon as land is available. The target is to complete it by 2012.
