I don't think the sector is going to be attractive. Even the most optimistic investor is selling today.

Valuations are cheap relative to region.

Banks are definitely in vogue at the moment because we are expecting rates to come down in the second half. So looking ahead, the lower interest rate environment is definitely going to be good for banks.

Quite frankly, but for Bill Owens' efforts in this regard, I'm not sure we'd be sitting here today,
