I don't think the program costs are as high now.

The goal is to have the schools adopt the program. They're not there yet.

We not only meet, but exceed the standards. It's not a problem for us. We're really confident that we will more than meet the minimum requirements.

The governor has proposed a budget that's $15 million short of what's needed to fund all school-based health centers in the state. $15 million short is a problem for the scope of services we want to do.

This all falls under the undertaking of the total modernization of the hospital.
