I don't think it's wise at all to be transporting this stuff. We don't want to ship it off somewhere else, they don't want to receive it, and I don't think very many people in the middle have been notified that it's coming through.

You talk about homeland security, but to send 4 million gallons of VX [wastewater] across the country is absurd. It's absolutely crazy. It's a terrorist target.

I was fortunate enough to know Don for 10 years and my goal has been to get an autographed photo of Don into the hands of every person who wanted one. Don and I realized it would be a difficult task, but he ended up signing more than 20,000 pieces over the years.

He told me he had bronchitis that he couldn't shake. It's nice to hear all of the nice things being said about him now, and, knowing Don, he wouldn't understand all of the fuss.
