I don't think it's going to be fewer people in need of housing. If anything, it could escalate.

There's just a tremendous need for affordable housing. As far as the population that we serve, times haven't been as good as the economy may indicate for other groups.

Now it's going to be up to the local community to look at the resources it has and be creative with those resources.

There's not many people getting into it anymore, ... Even with the prices we have, it would be tough for a young man to make a living with two or three kids at home.

What do we owe this to? I think the building draws people. We have a better layout and more shelving, so the books are more approachable. It looks really sharp, and users can find things faster.

It's gotten busier and busier in every aspect you can imagine, ... We're doing a good job about letting people know our story, and people are excited to come here.
