Crimes will always be in existence.

What we're concerned about is accountability and justice being afforded to these victims of a crime.

It's not about how many reports you're receiving, it's about how much justice you're providing to victims of crime.

If criminals wanted to grind justice to a halt, they could do it by banding together and all pleading not guilty.
