I don't think that we'll support any state that is prepared to discriminate against the citizens of Connecticut.

All hospitals and all pharmacies licensed in the state of Connecticut to prescribe drugs, be prepared to prescribe and treat women in cases of rape. That means making emergency contraception available to all women at all licensed facilities in the state of Connecticut.
