I didn't feel any remorse or sympathy if I injured a rival. I went over the top a few times but I never broke anyone's leg.

There is a degree of sympathy, but it's mixed with remorse. We recognize their right to fight for their rights, but it's a bit shocking to recognize that what they want is to be Americans. They have an emotional attachment to Mexico, but their priority is to obtain legal and political recognition in the United States.
