I could see someone tearing this down and subdividing it for house lots, ... It would be a shame because of its history. I get a little teary-eyed whenever I think about not seeing this continue as a theater.

We live in an atmosphere of shame. We are ashamed of everything that is real about us; ashamed of ourselves, of our relatives, of our incomes, of our accents, of our opinion, of our experience, just as we are ashamed of our naked skins.

Once we realize that imperfect understanding is the human condition there is no shame in being wrong, only in failing to correct our mistakes.

There is a very good chance it could be the last show, ... It's kind of bittersweet.
