I could definitely relate to [ Almost Famous character] Jeff Bebe. I care about acting. I care about the work. Jeff Bebe cares about the music everything else can go to hell.

I never saw 'Glitter,' but I liked her work in the other film. Because this character is interracial and struggles with all sorts of issues because of that, I thought she was perfect.

My life is so filled, so if I accept acting work now, it means I have to let somebody else do the job I want to do, which is raise my children. It's not that I'm retired, I just no longer accept acting work.
