I coach my daughter's softball and basketball team. We go to all the school functions. We go out to eat at night and take the kids to the movies. We try to be as normal as we can.

I was homecoming queen. I was star of my basketball team.

I was captain of the volleyball team and the basketball team, and I ran track.

We talked to the kids before this week started that we wanted to end the season playing good basketball. The kids responded to that. You want to be playing your best basketball this time of year. It has been a roller-coaster year but now is a good time to peak. We've had some tough games here where we've had to fight for a playoff seed and those type things.

From a basketball standpoint, this team is going up. And I wanted to be a part of it.
