I certainly believe (Klein) is completely and totally biased about Yucca Mountain.

It's critical to know whether the law's been broken at Yucca Mountain.

We want to see this document because we believe it will show that the repository is unsafe after 10,000 years, if not before.

I don't think it's any secret that DOE has not been objective in their investigation of Yucca Mountain. The science itself has always been questioned.

It's certainly needed. And it's something we've been asking for for a long time.
