I can't think that there would be anything directly comparable to that building in the area right now.

Right now, Southeast Iowa Regional Economic Development Group is working well together and has lots of projects under way and in the planning stages.

We've had some nice things happening and there's more in the works. For years it was pretty bad.

It's terrible news for the community and the employees at Aldi. I'm sure it's seeking to make a structural change, but it's very unfortunate for the community.

I believe we're seeing some really good levels and examples of cooperation in the region.
