I blindfolded my girlfriend at night and led her into the woods, where I had a blanket, rose petals, champagne and candles. I played a song I wrote for her, and the rest of the night turned out great.

It was certainly a special night. The best father-son ever to play, and to see Bobby pass the jersey over to Brett. And I think it's only fitting for Brett to wear No. 9 with Hull on the back. It was a nice, classy ceremony.

Obviously he's on fire. Even the games I've watched on TV, he seems to be getting points every night. He's an elite player.

If we hit the collective nerve of the audience on that night, that they would be standing up and rushing towards the stage to hug us.
