I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.

Honesty is very sexy.

Capital isn't that important in business. Experience isn't that important. You can get both of these things. What is important is ideas.

I believe in accessibility. I believe in honesty and a culture that supports that. And you can't have that if you're not open to receiving feedback.

I am still completely hands on in every aspect of my business - finally having a production manager, but the buck still stops with me on every decision big or small. I have neither a design team, a management team, a sales team or any other team for that matter!
