I am very pleased you have reached one agreement.

I do agree that additional negotiations are in order and am glad to hear that both parties are in agreement on that.

It seems to me ... we ought to get a little closer on the valuations involved. I will direct the parties to see if they can't appoint someone from the negotiating side to look at the numbers to see if they can't agree ... and get closer on how they value these items.

We are still hoping to address every item in the draft and get an agreement.
