I am proud of the effort the girls showed in the second half. We couldn't get that break we needed to come back. During the first half, it was hard to complain about it.

Adair just blew up to start the game. You must play like that in the playoffs. I feel they played a little above their heads there at the start, but that's what you must do at this stage. They did it tonight.

What a toughie. It was a hard-fought battle. I was very pleased with my girls' overall effort and intensity. We didn't quite have enough to pull it out but it was a game we can build on for the future.
