I am hopelessly confused about Net neutrality. I know what the Bells are saying, but it's unclear what they mean.

Their ideological argument that government shouldn't do anything the private sector does makes about as much sense as saying there should be no public transportation because we have taxis. It's a community decision.

It was unbelievable. They kept saying it and saying it and the more they said it, the more penalties we'd take.

Both sides are using lots of rhetoric, and there's a little bit of truth to what each has to say. But nobody really knows what's going to happen.
