I am constantly asked by members of the community, by students, by athletes, by chairmen, if we can please review or reinvestigate the Archbishop Wood-William Tennant Thanksgiving Day game.

I know it has a sour spot in some people's mind, but we have to move on. This is a tradition that the community enjoys.

We have to move on. Let's set up a committee and let's see if we can get that game back on for Thanksgiving.

There are about 80 students from Hawaii on campus. I think a lot of Hawaii's athletes. I think some NCAA schools ignore them. We don't ignore them.

I'd say it's about 20 percent who are athletes and 80 percent students who see this as a good opportunity to compete. To some, this is like their sport.

This is a very intelligent group academically. Most of them are superior honor students as well as being good athletes. They are self-motivated. They don't just practice with the team but they practice on weekends.
