I actually did that on purpose to see how these guys would react. We've got a lot of room for improvement.

I was kidding around with the guys in the locker room, I said, 'You guys are proven champions, and I haven't proven anything so the pressure's on me, not on you. 'If we don't win it's my fault, it's not going to be yours.

They're a good bunch of lads - they are good guys and there is a good atmosphere in the changing room. Nine times out of 10 we'll have a go, although we don't always win games.

It depends on what the goalie is going to do. You react to him.

[Football is] definitely more popular. People follow it more. A lot of guys, even in this room, will plan their Sundays around football.

I am actually glad that we got ourselves in that situation. I wanted to see how we would react to the adversity. We played some small ball and got the job done.
