How can I follow my heart when it's waiting around for the rest of me to make the decision?

Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart.

I was brought up learning that, when you get a cut it bleeds. Today I had a cut on my heart..... but all I could find was salty waters over my cheeks.. Why do people bleed tears when heart breaks????
