Hopefully with at least a full day off, the girls can recover. We'll practice a little, but we're going to watch a lot of film.

It was iffy if they would start. We really looked pretty dead at practice on Monday.

Hopefully, he's 100 percent. Charlie's been going full tilt in practice for two weeks and has wrestled in two matches. He's missed a lot of mat time, but is not as beat up as many of the kids he will face in the postseason.

It'll take years to recover.

It's better than what it was. Now we're getting to at least the pretense of openness. Hopefully we'll get to the substance of openness eventually. It's evolving, but it's still prehistoric.

I told the girls that we have to come ready to practice tomorrow. We lost a close one to Galva on Friday and we have a good shot at beating them.
