His velocity is down; something is wrong. He's not 100 percent, but he's still competing out there and doing a good job.

Last year, the velocity was down and I'm not convinced he was 100 percent healthy. He looks a lot better this year. He's thrown the ball well and it's nice to see him at the point he's at right now.

It's precautionary. He's just not 100 percent. We're not going to parade him out there.

He is about command as much as he is about velocity. If you had one you had to do without, it would be velocity. But right now he's having trouble with his command.

He's competing at 75 percent. But that doesn't make a difference so long as he's healthy.

We're not going into this with the premise that China is wrong. We're going into this with the premise ... that China's leaders are moving China in a direction that's going to be ultimately good for them and the world but that these are things they have to do to succeed.
