Hiring has been a gradual process. We only hire someone when we really need them. It takes a while to get people up to speed. Our rule of thumb is to only hire when absolutely necessary.

Make software that you want to use and that you would want to use often. As long as you are making something that you want to use, then your heart will be in it.

We received almost everything we wanted and even more than we expected. When we received the Education Ministry, it made it easier to accept the deal even though we wanted the Finance Ministry.
