He's looking better every day. He's getting stronger and I can tell that he's throwing the ball with more confidence.

You look at him and the way he carries himself, and oftentimes you don't think of him as injured. Even though he's not playing, he's always in every meeting.

That's more me not being able to say no to people.

He's a hell of a quarterback and a very capable backup. I'm very glad he's on the team.

This is part of my job. I don't think it's that difficult to talk to people.
