Hes learned to never trust anyone with his heart. People lie, cheat, hurt, steal, and play. He cant be hurt anymore. He's too scared.. And until you've been through his Hell, you won't be able to understand why.

If it's a broken part, replace it. If it's a broken arm, then brace it. If it's a broken heart, then face it.

There is a thing, like a bird, weak and fluttering within my chest, i cradle it and care for it as anyone should an injured thing, yet, i silently pray for it's death.

The thing is that when you find true love it lives on, No matter if you two seperate but the love stays alive, broken, gasping for breath, love and affection, but in agony, waiting for everything to end.

Why the heart does anything more than beat escapes me.
